They don\u2019t distort the truth or exaggerate claims to enhance appearances.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Open-minded. <\/strong><\/span>Open-minded people gather information from diverse sources, solicit input from people of varied backgrounds and viewpoints, and assess it based on its merits rather than its alignment with their own beliefs. <strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Courageous. <\/strong><\/span>Brave people stand up for what\u2019s right, even when it\u2019s inconvenient.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Honorable. <\/strong><\/span>Virtuous people instill confidence by consistently honoring their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.franksonnenbergonline.com\/blog\/a-promise-is-a-promise\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">promises<\/a> and commitments. They\u2019re modest about their achievements, grounded in their values, and have nothing to prove to others.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Fair.<\/span> <\/strong>Fair-minded people are open-minded, evenhanded, and unbiased. They don\u2019t show favoritism \u2014 they treat everyone equally and justly.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Consistent. <\/strong><\/span>Upstanding people are predictable \u2014 you always know where they stand. They don\u2019t blow with the wind, even when it\u2019s convenient to do so.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Altruistic. <\/strong><\/span>Selfless people are driven by a cause greater than themselves. They prioritize the well-being of others, frequently placing others\u2019 needs above their own.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Discerning.<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Reputable people refuse to let toxic individuals pollute their attitude, dampen their drive, or corrupt their morality. They choose to surround themselves with people who uphold high standards of honor and integrity.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Accountable. <\/strong><\/span>Responsible people own their actions and accept the consequences, instead of shifting the blame to others.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Principled. <\/strong><\/span>Morally upright people \u2014 role models \u2014 embody many of these qualities, setting an example for others to emulate.
