Symptoms like gray hair (popping up when she was just 26), insomnia, and anxiety started showing up. And she was burned out beyond belief\u2014and so sick of it.<\/p>\n<p>Then, two words from a fellow actress changed everything for her: <em>\u201cI meditate.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Skeptical about it but desperate to change her life, Emily gave it a shot.
