At MVU Amsterdam, on stage, I asked the audience three simple questions about their journey as entrepreneurs.\u00a0<\/p>\n

And the answers that came back were powerful.<\/p>\n

I want to share the questions and some of the answers<\/em> with you today.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Question 1: What\u2019s the most important thing you need to learn to grow your business?<\/h2>\n

\u201cMarketing \/ social media \/ sales.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cHow to differentiate myself.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cGet over perfectionism and motivate myself to start doing instead of planning and perfecting.\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cFinancial management.\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cLEARN TO HIRE EFFECTIVELY\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Question 2: What\u2019s stopping you from doubling your revenue?<\/h2>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t follow an action plan. I get distracted.\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cMy fear of taking risks, quitting my job, and putting my family in danger\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m lacking the visibility and the operational systems. I also create an energetic barrier between myself and my wealth.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

The fear of letting go of the current practices\u2014the ones that are NOT making money but are familiar. It\u2019s also the not-knowing of who to hire and when\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cTime (as I am currently working a full-time job with 2 young kids).\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Question 3: Who would you most like to learn from in business?<\/h2>\n

\u201cRichard Branson, because he joyfully innovates in multiple sectors. And because he is a community builder with a bigger vision of what he can help change in the world.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cNaval Ravikant\u2014because he is practical and simple and makes so much sense.\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cOprah Winfrey.\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cVishen to integrate strategy and implementation\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cSteven Bartlett\u2014he learns so many insights from different successful people and knows how to talk about ideas\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n

When I read these answers<\/em>, I realized: business owners aren\u2019t just struggling with marketing hacks, funnels, or ad spend.<\/p>\n

The deeper challenges are fear, overwhelm, lack of clarity, and self-doubt.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n

And the biggest breakthroughs happen when you build the right mindset, community, and support around you.<\/p>\n
