But that\u2019s not the only thing that changed. Edgar also published his first book.<\/p>\n

He\u2019s a home inspector and real estate assessor based in Edmonton, Canada. And 12 months ago, both of those sentences would have sounded like someone else\u2019s life.<\/p>\n
