And what happened next convinced me that we\u2019re entering the greatest opportunity for entrepreneurs in a generation.<\/p>\n

Yesterday, I brought together several students from our Expert to Authority Mastery program for dinner in New York City.<\/p>\n

And something happened to me in a New York hotel gym two days ago that brought this home in a way I\u2019ll never forget.<\/p>\n

Let me explain.<\/p>\n

First, let me tell you what building an app used to cost.<\/p>\n

Last year, a Mindvalley app received extraordinary recognition from Apple. It was featured across Apple\u2019s retail ecosystem as part of the iPhone 16 launch.<\/p>\n

And we were incredibly proud.<\/p>\n

But here\u2019s what most people didn\u2019t see.<\/p>\n

Behind that app were years of imagination, engineering, design, and development. At various points, close to 50 developers contributed to the work.<\/p>\n

We invested millions of dollars.<\/p>\n

And it was worth it.<\/p>\n

But today?<\/p>\n

I believe I could recreate much of that app\u2019s functionality with just one or two people in about two weeks.<\/p>\n

At a fraction of the original cost.<\/p>\n

My estimate? As much as 99% cheaper.<\/p>\n

Now think about what that means.<\/p>\n

Something that once required a company, a development team, and millions in capital is becoming accessible to a founder with an idea.<\/p>\n

But two days ago, I decided to test just how far this had gone.<\/p>\n

And the results shocked even me.<\/p>\n

It started with a terrible hotel gym.<\/p>\n

I travel constantly. And I take my fitness seriously.<\/p>\n

I have a structured workout routine. I know which exercises I want to do, which machines I prefer, and what my fitness goals are.<\/p>\n

But if you\u2019ve ever tried working out in hotel gyms, you know the problem.<\/p>\n

You walk in and discover that half the equipment you need doesn\u2019t exist.<\/p>\n

No leg press. No proper cable machine. Three treadmills, two dumbbells, and a mysterious piece of equipment from 1987.<\/p>\n

And now your carefully planned workout is useless.<\/p>\n

Standing in that gym, I had an idea. What if I had an app that knew everything about my fitness goals and workout routine?<\/p>\n

I could walk into any hotel gym, take a few photographs, and the app would instantly recognize the available equipment.<\/p>\n

Then it would redesign my workout for that exact gym.<\/p>\n

And since other travelers have the same problem, why not let people share their gym photos and ratings?<\/p>\n

Suddenly, we could have a community helping travelers find the best hotel gyms in the world.<\/p>\n

I loved the idea.<\/p>\n

Then I asked myself a question.<\/p>\n

Could I build this app in one day?<\/p>\n

And because I apparently enjoy making my own life unnecessarily difficult, I added another challenge.<\/p>\n

I was in New York. I had meetings. I wanted to explore the city.<\/p>\n

I didn\u2019t want to sit at a desk writing code.<\/p>\n

So I decided: Could I build the entire app using nothing but WhatsApp on my iPhone?<\/strong><\/p>\n

No laptop. No sitting in front of a computer.<\/p>\n

Just me, my phone, and AI.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Here\u2019s what happened.<\/p>\n

Hour 1\u20132: I built my own AI development team.<\/strong><\/p>\n

First, I spent about two hours setting up an AI system that could communicate with me through WhatsApp.<\/p>\n

I\u2019d send instructions through WhatsApp.<\/p>\n

The AI would communicate with a software development environment, write code, test features, and help me build the app.<\/p>\n

Think about that.<\/p>\n

I was essentially turning WhatsApp into a remote control<\/strong> for an AI software engineering team.<\/p>\n

And I could run it while walking around New York.<\/p>\n

Hour 3\u20134: My dream app was working.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I described the app I wanted.<\/p>\n

An app that understood my workout routines, recognized gym equipment from photographs, and automatically substituted exercises based on what was available.<\/p>\n

Within two more hours, I had a working web app.<\/p>\n
