All you have to do is figure out what your subconscious mind already knows.<\/p>\n<p><cite>\u2014 Dr. Bradley Nelson, author of The Emotion Code\u00ae<\/cite><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>This chart is used in conjunction with muscle testing, also known as <a href=\"https:\/\/kinesiology.co.uk\/kinesiology-and-muscle-testing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">applied kinesiology<\/a>. It\u2019s a technique that helps you communicate with your subconscious mind.<\/p>\n<p>When it comes to self-testing, the easiest way to do muscle testing is a method called body swing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Here\u2019s a general guide on how to do muscle testing with body swing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart, and keep your arms by your sides.<\/li>\n<li>Ask a yes or no question related to the muscle you are testing. It can be anything\u2014from physical pain to some aspect of your life you\u2019d like to change like <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.mindvalley.com\/how-to-attract-money\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">attracting more money<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.mindvalley.com\/how-to-manifest-love\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">manifesting love<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rate it.<\/strong> Rate this issue on a scale of 0 to 10, where 0 is no discomfort at all and 10 is severe discomfort. Pick a number. After your trapped emotion is released, you will recheck that discomfort.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Identify if it\u2019s linked to the trapped emotion. <\/strong>Stand up tall and ask yourself, \u201c<em>Do I have a trapped emotion that is contributing to my (name your issue) that can be released now?<\/em>\u201d The more clearly you\u2019re focused on the question, the faster and clearer the answer will be coming back from the body.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Do the muscle test.<\/strong> If the body is swaying forward to this question, the answer is \u201cyes.\u201d If it\u2019s swaying backward, the answer is \u201cno.\u201d If the answer is \u201cno,\u201d choose another issue and try again.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Identify the trapped emotions.<\/strong> Use the Emotion Code\u00ae chart and ask your subconscious mind, \u201c<em>Is this trapped emotion in column A?<\/em>\u201d Focus on this question and let your subconscious mind answer you.\n<p>Swaying backward means \u201cno,\u201d swaying forward means \u201cyes.\u201d This is how you eliminate half of the list.<\/p>\n<p>Now, ask if this trapped emotion is in one of the odd rows (one, three, or five)? Depending on the answer, do the same with each row to identify in which row this trapped emotion is.<\/p>\n<p>For example, \u201c<em>Is this trapped emotion in the row one?<\/em>\u201d Once you identify the exact row, proceed with each emotion inside the row one by one, until you finally identify the trapped emotion.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>When you identify the list of emotions, you may think you know exactly what that emotion is, but there\u2019s a possibility that you\u2019re wrong. Because in many cases, trapped emotions result from a long-forgotten event you may not be aware of.
