But, there\u2019s so much more than that.<\/p>\n<p>There are so many benefits, both physical and psychological, from lifting weights that everyone should be doing it. If you\u2019ve never lifted weight consistently, you\u2019re missing out.<\/p>\n<h3>See how you can change your life by lifting weights:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>1. Lifting weights teaches you to deal with discomfort.<\/strong> If you\u2019re really pushing some iron to the best of your ability, it\u2019s going to be physically uncomfortable.
