Everyday we make many choices and there is this voice in the head guiding us.<\/p>\n

So, how do I make the decision which will always be the best one?\u201d<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t worry about making the \u201cbest\u201d decision or the \u201cright\u201d one. That already assumes you might make a mistake and choose the decision that isn\u2019t the best one or is somehow wrong.<\/p>\n

Look at choices as little and big opportunities to further your total wellbeing either in the short term or long term.<\/p>\n

It is unlikely you will ever have all the information you think you need to make a fully informed decision.<\/p>\n

What you need to do is make the most sensible, rational decision you can that also feels good to you at the time. That way you are also listening to your heart.<\/p>\n

Doing your best is all that the universe ever asks of you, and that will always bring you closer to your higher wellbeing.<\/p>\n
