If those aren\u2019t your forte, explore other income ideas so you can ensure that money flows in, even when one of your streams faces a downturn.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-o-outstanding-product\">O: Outstanding product<\/h3>\n<p>You\u2019ve got to admit, social media has made standing out a challenge. Products and services are constantly vying for attention. And if you\u2019re not \u201ctrending,\u201d then you\u2019re just another <em>blip<\/em> in the algorithm.<\/p>\n<p>So what\u2019s Robert\u2019s take on this? Simple: Craft an outstanding product.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>As soon as the income starts to go, the economy starts to go, people stop buying that discretionary item<\/em>,\u201d he explains. So create something that\u2019s \u201c<em>unique enough so that people will continue to buy it<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It should be something that not only sells itself but also turns customers into advocates. By ensuring that your product or service fills a gap, addresses a need, or simply offers undeniable value, you set yourself up for financial success.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-n-no-money-down-or-as-little-as-possible\">N: No money down (or as little as possible)<\/h3>\n<p>Real estate is often riddled with tales of massive investments and even bigger risks. Yet Robert introduced a revolutionary concept: investing with no money down.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>The more money I have to put into it, the greater the probability it will fail<\/em>,\u201d he says. \u201c<em>Therefore, I want a business that I can start with minimal money<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The thing is, this isn\u2019t about looking for shortcuts but about optimizing resources. Leveraging assets, understanding market dynamics, and negotiating deals can pave the way for investments that <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.mindvalley.com\/how-to-attract-money\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">attract money<\/a> rather than drain it.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-e-employee-resistance\">E: Employee resistance<\/h3>\n<p>Robert has one view on employees: they can sometimes be more trouble than they\u2019re worth. In his words, \u201c<em>Employees are the most dangerous part of a company. You have to keep finding them; they keep giving you challenges and troubles<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sure, in businesses like real estate, you can run things with just a few people or even by yourself. That\u2019s what Robert likes about it.<\/p>\n<p>However, in many other businesses, employees are the game-changers. Don\u2019t. We. All.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-t-trend-and-timing\">T: Trend and timing<\/h3>\n<p>Much like surfing, you have to catch the wave at just the right time. And in Robert\u2019s experience, he jumped on the real estate trend at its peak and, later, the internet.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>The system of real estate is radically different than the system of the internet<\/em>,\u201d he points out. John Lee, CEO of Wealth Dragons, puts it perfectly during his stage talk at Mindvalley University 2023:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>What\u2019s open 24 hours a day, even on Christmas? The internet. What do our phones spend most of the time doing? Looking at the internet.
