\u201cDear Deepak, I feel stuck, for a year or more.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I have been meditating regularly for two years now and I truly feel a connection with God but in the meantime feel like I\u2019m in a cube of glass, in the world but not in the world.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The friends have vanished, no new projects, even though I am in perfect health, I feel wonderful and everything is ok with my family and me.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It looks like contracted awareness as you wrote in <\/span>Spiritual Solutions<\/span><\/i><\/a> but maybe I cannot understand.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What should I do?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

You don\u2019t need to <\/span>do<\/span> anything in particular to get unstuck.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

You only need to find that inner flow of life within you and identify with it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The natural growth of awareness will naturally move you past this experience of feeling stuck.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The experience of mild dissociation you reported can be a normal, but temporary stage of self-awareness as consciousness comes to realize it is not the body or the thinking mind.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As this awareness ripens, it knows itself as something different from the mind and body,\u2014something more permanent than sensations and thoughts.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As this experience\/understanding becomes more familiar and comfortable, you will feel your new self, your true self will begin to re-engage with the world with feeling, but now your true self will no longer be defined and limited by your thoughts, sensations, and feelings.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

That is why it is called a state of freedom.<\/span><\/p>\n
