font-size: medium;\">There are many medical, psychiatric and<br \/>\nsleep disorders for which insomnia is considered a symptom and an indicator,<br \/>\nwhere the person has repeated difficulty in falling and remaining asleep.\u00a0 This can often lead to problems in<br \/>\nfunctioning normally whilst awake.\u00a0 A<br \/>\ncommon description of insomnia is considered to be when problems completing<br \/>\ndaily tasks or marked discomfort for over a month caused by problems\u00a0 in falling and remaining asleep, or not<br \/>\nrecovering normally during sleep.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: medium;\">Most people will suffer the occasional<br \/>\nnight where sleep is difficult, but it is the frequency of these nights which<br \/>\nwill dictate how we deal with it.\u00a0 There<br \/>\nare many different triggers which can cause sleeplessness, such as work<br \/>\nproblems, stress, financial difficulties and turbulent relationships, and<br \/>\nothers.\u00a0 Although most people are not<br \/>\nforthcoming in admitting they suffer from stress, but it is am important factor<br \/>\nin everyday life, and anyone can be affected by stress.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: medium;\">Many people will have lost sleep from<br \/>\nstress related issues, and it is often hard to catch up on sleep and recover<br \/>\nthe vitality lost through disturbed sleep.\u00a0<br \/>\nSuffering sleep loss for a couple of nights isn&#8217;t necessarily a problem,<br \/>\nbut if this becomes an extended period then it is often known to trigger<br \/>\ndepression or mental breakdown, and can also cause accidents.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: medium;\">Sleeping aids can often come to the<br \/>\nrescue in these situations.\u00a0 One such<br \/>\nsolution is sleeping pills, but these should be considered a short-term<br \/>\nsolution, as they often leave people feeling groggy or having the &#8216;hangover<br \/>\neffect&#8217; when they wake, which can also lead to accidents.\u00a0 Another problem is the addictiveness of<br \/>\nsleeping pills, as well as documented studies suggesting people will revert to<br \/>\nsleeplessness once the course of pills is finished.\u00a0 An overdose of these pills can also prove<br \/>\nfatal.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;
