recognition that our true self is without limits and ever-present is something that is available at any time in any circumstance or experience.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">So that degree of awakening is outside of time and requires no patience.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">It is the integration of this understanding into our body that requires some time because of all the cultural conditioning that has to be released before we actually <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">feel<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> that we are unlimited and eternal.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">But I would say that more important than patience in this process is the quality of self-kindness and self-love.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Because that love means you are not resenting or judging yourself and simply waiting for change to
