\u201cI have this amazing experience of what you referred to as cosmic consciousness.<\/span><\/p>\n

I realized that it was effortless. I have read most of your books all these years, and I always find them very informative.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I was thinking to myself, about time, and about what the past and future really means.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

After I realized it, I got a feeling as if someone were observing me from above.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I\u2019m unable to describe\u00a0 what that actually was, I just felt his or its presence.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I have this feeling that this observer is in fact myself.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Realizing that, I felt that all these years of my life were in fact meaningless, I am not myself.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

All the relationships that I have, as well as the past, future and even the present seems absurd.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I know this is the state where I\u2019m supposed to be, but the moment I felt I couldn\u2019t let go of my burden, the observer state of me disappeared.<\/span>

<\/span>Another time I was in the car driving on the freeway, and I\u2019m very aware that I\u2019m driving.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It is like I have two awarenesses at the same time.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Even though it was less than a 5 minute experience, I felt that I got so much time with my higher self. It was a timeless experience.<\/span>

<\/span>Now, I know that your message of the higher self is in fact the truth.<\/span><\/p>\n

It seemed effortless yet there is something heavy I still need to let go of.\u201d<\/span>

What you have described is the classic experience of the feeling of separation between the body personality and the silent witness.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In the early days of the awakening of the higher self, it is almost as if your inner seer is disinterestedly watching your body and mind go through its mundane daily activities.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This apparent disconnection of feeling between your inner and outer worlds can sometimes be a little disorienting because you don\u2019t feel as strongly about things as you used to.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

That is the heaviness you remarked upon.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is a temporary phase, and once you have become adjusted to interacting to the world with self-referral awareness instead of the object-referral awareness, then you will regain your passion and the natural integration of experience.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

But instead of being attached to the objects of perception and the consequential confusion of who you are with respect to your experience, now the inner self is liberated and aware of its true nature regardless of what it is experiencing.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As your development unfolds, it will become more joyful and light.<\/span><\/p>\n
