How can we sense bad energies, without letting the ego or the imagination\u00a0take the lead?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

How can we totally trust our intuition?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Sometimes I get a lot\u00a0of vibes, but find it really hard to know if it\u2019s really my soul feeling these energies or if it\u2019s only my ego that\u2019s being scared.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I\u2019m a sensitive person, so I pick up on a lot of things, but the imagination can also be a problem.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I\u2019ve learned PSM, will this help my intuition or should I just trust destiny?<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Instead of sensing whether the energies are bad or not, try evaluating whether they are useful for you at this time or not.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If they are, then determine how you can best interact with them.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If the energies do not have a role to play in your life at this time, then simply ignore them and put your attention on something that is helpful.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This pragmatic approach will help you avoid letting your imagination create stories out of these experiences.<\/span><\/p>\n
