“How do I deal with very narcissistic people?
They are somehow an obstacle in my life.
My mother is like that and I had a boss like that too.
So there’s a history.
I have been struggling all my life with the feeling of being not important as the consequence of narcissism.
How can I be friendly to people like that?
For me, that is not possible.
I ignore them because I don’t want to be under their influence any longer.
I have changed a lot over the years but they will not.
Response:
The best way to deal with narcissists is to step away from your ego self and see them from the perspective of the soul.
See and know them from your unlimited spiritual self as fellow spiritual souls trying to find their way.
Don’t get drawn into their game of confusion.
If you maintain your center of awareness in your true self, and not your ego, then there is no way they can influence you.
