Hi Deepak. I have a question that has been weighing on my mind. I’ve felt a very strong desire and even knowing that my life purpose is a big one, doing good in the world on a large scale. But every time I think about this, I wonder if it’s just my ego wanting attention or maybe that I’m secretly narcissistic. I have a fear of being too visible or self-focused. How do you know that a dream to be a visible and important person in the world is your true calling and not an indulgence of the ego mind?

If you enjoy helping others even thought you don’t get credit or acknowledgement, then you know it is a true calling. You will know the worth of your actions and feel the benefit of them from your own heart, not your ego.
