Macro Calculator
Whether you’re doing a cut, bulk or maintenance – a macro calculator is incredibly useful in helping you understand your baseline calorie intake.

Running Calculator
This calculator has 3 different calculators in it.
A pace/time/distance calculator – if you want to calculate your avg pace/time/idstnace for a target training run or race.
A prediction calculator – a calculator that uses your recent race results to predict a potential time at another distance.
And a splits calculator – a calculator that will auto calculate your estimate splits for a set race distance & time.
1-Rep Max Calculator
If you want to estimate your theoretical 1-rep max and haven’t tested in a while, you can use this calculator to estimate
